Donations of Securities
Gifts of stock and mutual funds are a tax-smart alternative to cash donations and perhaps the most cost-effective assets to use in making a gift. Donations of securities often allow Westchester Symphonic Winds donors to have a bigger philanthropic impact and receive greater tax advantages. Your tax advisor can provide complete deductibility rules. In addition, the Westchester Symphonic Winds will be forever grateful for your innovative and generous support of our mission to nurture the love of music and to find new and interesting ways to engage our audience, our members and our community during these difficult times.
